More About Anna…
Anna is a dedicated Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher and Practitioner, as a fighter of multiple chronic conditions herself, she is passionate about physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing, overcoming trauma, emotional and physical pain, chronic stress, and anxiety though yoga and mindfulness.
My approach to teaching yoga, is to make it accessible and functional, making it suitable to everyone, including people new to yoga & mindfulness, people dealing with chronic illness, limited mobility, mental health issues, pain and many more…
“My mission is to help and inspire people to heal, achieve inner peace, balance, feel the body & mind connection” she says.
I use a fusion of asana practice, breath-work, meditation, mindfulness and my own personal healing experience to help you to recover, restore, find balance and become resilient.
